Tel Aviv [Israel], November 2 (ANI): US Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman General Dan Caine visited Israel over the weekend and held discussions with Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Eyal Zamir on the situation in Gaza and other regional issues.
