Speaking to ANI, Malini said, “The Parliament is going to begin on the 21st July… We hope there is no interruption from the Opposition. It would be beneficial to all if the Parliament runs smoothly…”
Meanwhile, on July 18, as the Centre geared up for the month long session, a key meeting of senior BJP leaders was held at the residence of the Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.
The meeting was attended by Union Ministers Amit Shah, JP Nadda, Piyush Goyal, Kiren Rijiju, Manohar Lal, L Murugan, Arjun Ram Meghwal, and CR Patil, and other leaders.
During the meeting, the party leadership discussed several issues related to the upcoming Parliament session.
